How to fix SQL Server Configuration Manager

I Found the error on SQL Server Configuration Manager

Cannot connected to WMI provider. You do not have permission or the server unreachable. Note that you can only manage SQL Server 2005 and later servers with SQL Server Configuration Manager. The system cannot find the file specified. [0x80070002]

Please give a solution How to fix this problem?

    SQL Server and other Windows Server versions are supported via

    TechNet so best to check with the Experts there.
