MS SQL DB backup in Clusterless AG Group is failing - DPM 2019

Question

I recently started to add a SQL DB backup from my DB which is located in the Clusterless AG Group but DPM service crashing in two steps:

1- Create the Protection Group with no issue but service crash after 5 seconds (Error 917)

2- and after running the app again, I see the green sign in front of my DB but can not make a backup because of inconsistency. After asking for consistency check, the DPM service crash again.

I set the AG group backup from Primary and I am backing up from Primary SQL.
