Unable to Access Azure Associate Data Scientist Exam Results and Unable to Schedule a New Exam

I took the Azure Associate Data Scientist exam and encountered a problem when trying to check my results on Microsoft Learning. Additionally, I attempted to schedule a new exam but received an error message stating, "The candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be created at this time." I am seeking assistance in resolving these issues.
