How to fix computer that won't boot even from recovery disk windows 10

So I downloaded a game from itch.io that looked pretty safe, I got about halfway through and my computer shuts down and won't boot back up. I have tried getting it into advanced recovery mode but the screen won't load after the startup screen saying it's loading. I found online that I could try to boot it up from a recovery disk, so I got one from another computer and used the BIOS page (only page to load) to start it up but the same black screen happens if I start up with it. I tried loading advanced recovery settings with it in but the screen saying it's starting in advanced recovery mode never shows up. I am not sure what to try next, if you can help I'd greatly appreciate it

Sounds like your install media is either corrupt or its also possible the hardware has failed. Might try creating new install media.
