Can't restore email from deleted item

Hello,

I have an user where if we move email from deleted email, the email always back to deleted folder also for new incoming mail always stored on deleted item. On the outlook there are no any rule exist.

    Regarding your issue, below are some suggestions:

    1.Please login and verify if it still happens in Outlook Web App (OWA). Double check if there are any rules listed.

    2.Go to Outlook client, File > Options > Advanced > Outlook start and exit and check the box Start Outlook in this folder set to Inbox. As below:

    1. Try to remove and reconfigure the user account and profile to see if the problem preexists.

    If none of above works, kindly provide the detailed version of your Outlook client.
