Hi

Two months ago I had to reinstall my computer with Windows 11. Since then I have not been able to access the data that is on the device connected to the ASUS router. The explorer can see the drive but when I want to open it asks for the password and I type the same as before but a message from Windows Security says access denied.

Another Windows 11 computer in the household has no problems. Even my two Android phones work great. Even the Samsung TV with the Tizen operating system has no problems.

How can I solve this, because it's a common drive in our hausehold?

Would be grateful to get help, Othmar Englund

Make sure the network firewall profile is set to Private. Also, looks like you could reach out to them here for support.
