Brightness bar slider can't change automatically under Win10 platform.

Win10, with light sensor device (ISH connection, not IIC), when the surrounding environment light changes, the brightness bar in the system settings can not be automatically sliding, but the screen itself is obvious light and dark brightness changes, just this UI no change, update the graphics card driver / ISS / ME system components, etc. are invalid.

As you can see in the picture below:

But under Win11, with the same BIOS/driver version, the behavior of the brightness bar in the system settings is normal, and will automatically follow the change of ambient light.

What could be the cause of this? Is it a Win10 bug?

Any help would be appreciated!
