Certification exam notification not received Microsoft Ignite 2020

Hi,

I completed two challenges at Microsoft Ignite 2020.

I didn't receive the certification voucher. It seems to be so because I didn't see that my notification email was not OK.

How can I retrieve this free exam voucher?
