Where can I find the Customer Responsibilities Matrix for a system leveraging Azure?

Question

I'm trying to determine inheritable controls for my information system leveraging Azure IaaS. I've found the Azure commercially available SSP within the FedRAMP resources in the Service Trust Portal, as well as a customer responsibility matrix (CRM) for O365, but not a CRM for Azure, which I believe is supposed to be available as part of its FedRAMP authorization. The information contained will be similar, but will be more easily searchable for inheritable controls. Thanks in advance for the assistance.
