Points not showing up in Solution Partner Designation which were obtained

We were sitting at 69 points, 70 is required to qualify, we had obtained 5 points in skilling however CertiPort assigned the skilling user a new MCID (Although he already had one that was attached to our MPN).

This meant we have had to start a merge case to get the points associated to our solution partner designation. We did this some time a go but the process is very slow.

We now have had a data refresh and our points are much lower, meaning when the points get added we will not achieve the required 70.

Once the MCID's have been merged can the points be back-dated to the month the certification was achieved and therefore reflect in our previous months score (As they should have been) to increase our best score from 69 to 74, therefore making us eligible to renew?

Once the MCID's have been merged, the points can be back-dated to the month the certification was achieved. However, it is unclear whether this will reflect in the previous months' score to increase the best score from 69 to 74. It is recommended to contact Microsoft Partner Support for further assistance with this issue.
