Drag and drop issue.

Hello, everyone.

I must, first of all, say that since I upgraded to Windows 11, my experience with Windows deteriorated a lot. This is by far the worst operational system I have ever used, and I get pissed off about it almost every day because it is amazing for random, useless tasks at the same time that it refuses to cooperate in simple day-to-day ones.

This time, I have a problem with Drag and Drop. Imagine, this is a basic feature that has been present in Windows systems since its 3rd version. Now, in 2023, it just stops working out of nowhere. I use Photoshop to work, and I can't deal with my deadlines properly if I need to open and place every single image I want to use. Windows 11 randomly disables that feature and it gets impossible to use. It can happen anytime at all, with Explorer opened or closed. If I need to restart my computer every time it happens, it will be impossible to keep using that OS. It gets back to normal after some time, but it's basically unpredictable. I don't have time to wait for my computer to decide whether it is helping me or not.

More than that, Microsoft looks to care less and less as time goes by about their operational systems. Buying a Mac looks like a risky move to an all-life Windows user but after that last edition and its indifferent updates, it seems like a better option.

I am sorry for the long text and random talk, but small stuff like this shouldn't be a problem in the most used OS in the world and it makes me very angry. Thank you in advance for your help and attention.
