How to make multi tenant app using MS graph

Hi team,

to make our app multi tenant, However we are not able to understand what are the MS graph APIS to exchange token in multi tenant setup ?

What do you mean by "exchange token" in your question? Would you like to know which Graph API endpoints this token can be used to call?

We have use case of multi tenancy, for example

Within an org, we have 2 tenants
Tenant A has application Microsoft Viva Suite
Tenant B user wants to access VIVA Glint

so to make this happen we have to do some token exchange as mentioned here:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity-platform/v2-oauth2-on-behalf-of-flow

I am looking to find what are the exact MS Graph APIs that we can use to achieve B2B token exchange flow from middle tier/backend ?
