Can't download my Successful Certification from my profile

Hi,

I went through the below article

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/view-use-share-certificates-achievements

I can't figure out how to download my certification from my profile as mentioned
Select Certifications from the menu inside your profile

I can't see this option on my profile. I see option Credentials and there is a tab Certifications and I do see my passed exam but no option to view the certificate.
Could someone please help me to get my certification and visible on my profile ?
