Hello, I met an issue about the access right list of SharePoint

When I added the user to the access right list, a part of users will show up the email info in "Email Field" on "Email View" automatically. But a part of users are no email info showing in "Email Field"

Hence, may I know the method that how to add back the email info?

Is it edited by the user side or SharePoint owner side?

Also, I can see their email info on "Send Email" function when I click on their name and directing to "Delve"

Per my research, expect external users, if users do not have Exchange Online license, the Email column will show blank.

Here is a workaround for you to show Email address for uses.

1.Go to the Azure portal -> Uses -> All users -> Select the user -> Properties -> Contact information -> Fill in the Email column.

    1

2.Then go to user information list of the site collection (https://tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/sitecollectionname/_layouts/15/people.aspx?MembershipGroupId=0) -> Select the user -> Actions -> Delete Users from Site Collection.

    2

3.Re-grant the user with propriate permission for site collection.

    4.Result.
