API Connections in Logic Apps getting deleted without any actions.

Question

Activity Log of Resource Groups:

While deploying a new Resource Group and Logic Apps with API Connections using Azure Devops CI/CD, existing API Connections of existing Resource Groups are getting deleted.

Resource Group 1:

 

 

When the API Connections of Rbrooks's Logic Apps are deleted inside Resource Group 1, API Connections of Bardi's Logic Apps are deleted for no reason in Resource Group 2 in sync. (Note: This should not happen)

Resource Group 2:

**

It should not deleted by itself for no reason.
