I've upgraded my iphone, which I still have my old iphone but I'm now trying to access my work emails on either my iphone or my laptop and it keeps prompting me to go through the authenticator app and enter the number shown to sign in but when I open authenticator the accounts show up (gmail and work) but no numbers or anything else so I'm struggling to get into my work emails and I urgently need to. Please help.
