WinDbg usage in Proxy

I would like to use the WinDbg in combination with an Proxy Server, i searched a lot the last days to fin a solution to my problem, but didn't find anything working, so i'll ask here.
I would like the WinDbg to analyze the .DMP files of our Servers, but i can't download the symbols because the store is blocked because it is not going through the proxy, so my question is, is there a way to add a proxy server to the windbg or not?
