@David Kurbanov Yes, you are right. You need to submit a form with your enterprise account, once the request is approved you will be able to create an Azure OpenAI resource in your subscription. Thanks!!

But what possible ways are there to use C# AI? Isnt Azure openAi the only one? I dont have eny enterprise account.

Unfortunately, the current access is limited to accounts which are enterprise. Any requests submitted with personal email will not meet the criteria set by the gating team. If you are looking to use C# with other AI services, you can go ahead and create any of the available AI services and use them with the supported SDKs.
