I can't reschedule Azure exam. Reshedule button is greyed out.

I can't reschedule Azure exam. Reshedule button is greyed out. My Azure fundamendals exam is on October 30 th and I want to move it to same time on December 15th. Credentials -> Certifications ->Reshedule path is giving me below screen with shedule button greyed out.
