Obtained Certificate not visible

today I have obtained a certificate for AZ-305.

I have received also an email confirmation with the link how ro view/print etc. my Certificate.

When I login to my MS Learn profile and follow the instructions of how to view my certificate:

  1. Sign into your Learn profile
  2. Click on the photo avatar and select Profile from the dropdown menu
  3. Select Certifications from the menu inside your profile
  4. Scroll to the certification that you’d like to access and select “View certification details” below the description

I do not see any Certifications menu in my profile. Correspondingly, I cannot find and view my Certificiate.

For your information, I am using the same MS Account from the Learn profile and the one to which the certificiate has been issued.

I am also adding a screenshot of how the menues looks like in my my Learn profile.

Please, help me to find the Certificate.

    Hi Konstantin,

They changed it to be under Credentials. Below is link to list of your certifications:

Officially it can take up to 48 hours after exam for certification to show up, but in my experience it only takes couple of hours. Please note to earn Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification you need to have Active Azure Administrator Associate certification (AZ-104) in addition to passing AZ-305 exam.

Please click Accept Answer if above was useful.

    Hi again,

thanks for giving me the hint. But, the Certificat eis still not visible for me even in Credentials section!

I have two posted and opened request in MS Learn support section, but one one is responding since 1 month on my requests!

Can you please, check my case as I am quite disappointed and desparate what to do with this. And also losing patience!

Any Microsoft support channel is failling by now!
