How can I close my Microsoft account

Hi all!

We need to close all our activity in all features in this Microsoft account because we already migrate to another one for each our IT department paid separate . W ego not want pay for this account anymore.

What shall I do?

Will I receive something like acknowledge about?

When we received our final bill and how?

As an E-mail or seprately? ( I am asking, because currently we are downloading bills from account )
