I passed AZ-900 using Certiport. The certificate is visible in Certiport but how can I link it to the microsoft account to make it visible here?

I have the cerificate available for the exam I took. I am trying to link it with my micrsoft account (******@yahoo.com) so that I can share and view it in one place.
