Error Retrieving Static Website for Azure Storage Account

After deploying Azure SQL, I am getting the following error while trying to retrieve the static website for the storage account:

Error: retrieving static website for Storage Account (Subscription: "" │ Resource Group Name: "" │ Storage Account Name: ""): accounts.Client#GetServiceProperties: Failure sending request: StatusCode=0 -- Original Error: context deadline exceeded

The Azure SQL server, SQL DB, and SQL storage account were created successfully, but the apply stage failed with this error. I am not sure why.

-Do you have Managed Service Identity (MSI) set up for your storage account?
-Can you share the steps (or documentation URL) you are following to retrieve the static website for the storage account that results into this error?
-Are you using Terraform?

I ve used the same code for creation of a different environment and there, i didnt face any errors after the creation of sql (specific to storage accounts static website)

Apologies for the delay. I tried investigating on my end but couldn't figure it out without access to the backend details. In order to get to the root cause, I would recommend working 1:1 with a support engineer who will have access to the backend.

Please create a support request on Azure Portal as this requires deeper investigation. Let me know if you are facing any issues creating the support request and I can help with it.
