Synching On Premise A/D with Microsoft Entra via Microsoft Azure AD Connect. Have confirmed attribute is included in Synchronization Rules Editor and on list of various articles as valid synchronized attribute, however unable to find it under Entra Admin Center.

The pager attribute is populated with a needed piece of information for support personnel to utilize in confirming the end users identity. Side note - Pager attribute was chosen years ago as the field to utilize for this purpose since no one in our organization actually use a pager.

@ScottN3389 Thank you for reaching out to us, As I understand you are looking for custom sync attribute (example pager attribute synced from on-premise AD) to be visible in Entra Admin Center.

Attribute which are synced via Directory extension can be viewed via Graph Explorer only.

I was under the impression the "pager" attribute was not a "custom" sync attribute as is part of the default synchronization rule set. It is not in the list of custom Directory extensions we synch with Azure. As a side note, I did confirm it is available for use as a claim in application configuration for SSO.

I was unable to successfully utilize Graph from your example to retrieve the information. Potentially because I do not have pager in Directory extensions selection option with Azure AD Connect. I have opened a support ticket and going that route. I appreciate your time and assistance.

Support (Thanks Julie) was able to assist where I lacked knowledge of Graph Explorer usage (Givary pointed me to it, I just did not interpret properly). Once I added the "Pager" as an attribute in the directory extensions section of AAD Connect I was able to retrieve the Pager contents via Graph Explorer. Note the command in Givary screenshot the second value is your tenants "Tenant Schema Extension AppID" and extension_Tenant Schema Extension AppID_pager does not contain any dashes but the value after users/ is the users Object ID and does contain dashes.
