The current subscription does not have feature required by GPT-4

Question

I created a new resource for GPT4 using my subscription deploying the GPT-3.5 model.

Also setting regions suitable for GPT4 -- Canada East, East US1, Sweden Central, Switzerland North

And created a new deployement However, when I tried to deploy it, I received the following message and the deployment failed.

"The current subscription does not have feature required by this model 'Format: OpenAI, Name: gpt4-32k, Version: 0613' and SKU 'Standard'." (error code : SpecialFeatureOrQuotaIdRequired)

Do I need to make any additional settings to use GPT4 instead of GPT3.5 when creating the subscription? Were there any specific checkboxes related to GPT4 in the link? (Request Access to Azure OpenAI Service)

Due to high demand, Canada East & East US1 is limited but not Sweden Central and Switzerland North.

but below error occurs all 4 regions.

I am getting the same error, I tried in East US and East II US. The East II US specifically gave the rejection that this is not available in this particular region. East US rejects and says The current subscription does not have feature required by this model 'Format: OpenAI, Name: gpt-4, Version: 0314' and SKU 'Standard'. We just got access to chat gpt 4 today. Has anyone found a resolution?
