Unable to raise support request on Help+Support on Microsoft support

I want to raise a ticket on Microsoft support regarding certification issue but unable to do so.

    Hi @Nishigandha Lad ,

    the error message is pointing to a non existing user in the Azure Tenant you are trying to logon with.

    ... because the user account is not a member of tenant ...

    Maybe it's possible to try a different user that exist in the Azure Tenant?
