How to add MCID to my profile and how to download my certificate

Hi team,

I had AZ-900 exam yesterday. And i cleared the exam . I received my Microsoft Certification ID and Temporary Access Code through email. I'm not getting how to use that MCID to link to my profile and how to download the certificate. Please do guide me with this issue.
