bringing private onenote data to public sharepoint

I have a private OneNote notebook (not a 2007 version). I would like to bring this into the company sharepoint. However, every time I try, I get an error message or the file does not open in the sharepoint.

With the personal OneNote notebooks created via company accounts, moving them to Sharepoint works without any problems. But with private OneNote notebooks it does not work.

I would be grateful for any valuable tips.

Daniel

    Hi,

How did you bring the Notebook to SharePoint?

Did you upload to SharePoint directly? What kind of file format did you upload?

Did you share the Notebook to SharePoint?

If you share the Notebook with the personal account to SharePoint, I suggest you contact company Admin and confirm if this problem related to the Organization policy, you cannot share the personal account data to company account.
