How do you resolve a Azure cloud shell session authorization error that suggests the Azure mobile client has been misconfigured to send incorrect HTTP request headers?

Question

When I try to use Cloud Shell on iOS 17.0.3 with Azure 5.10.0 I am presented with this error:

Failed to authorize session: 400

{"error":{"code":"BadRequest","message":"'content-type' should be 'application/json' or 'multipart/form-data'"}}

What needs to be done to resolve the error? This occurs for both bash as well as for PowerShell.
