I could not see the "Certififications" option after logging into my MCP site

I signed in with my credentials into mcp web site. I am not seeing my scheduled exam. I scheduled DP-420.
I also have some Certifications that are due for renewal. I am not seeing any of those.

Please let me know what additional details you need from me.
