Trouble verifying DKIM2 for Azure Email Communication Service with a shared hosting provider

Background context: I'm attempting to set up Azure Communication Email service with a custom domain (not on sub domain).

I'm having trouble verifying DKIM2 with my shared hosting provider. Even though I successfully configured SPF and DKIM1, DKIM2 is posing an issue. I'm not certain what the issue is and if I'm missing something; the values appear to be similar to DKIM1. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Noticed the following error while adding DKM1 and DKM2 on hosting provider side, but DKM1 configured successfully as per the below screenshot.
The canonical name selector2-azurecomm-prod-net._domainkey. does not resolve to an A or AAAA record.

Thank you,
Deepu Madhusoodanan

@Deepu Madhusoodanan Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A, apologize for any inconvenience caused on this.

Usually, DNS changes take up to 15-30 mins to take place, which means after adding the DKIM/DKIM2 value, it will take extra 30 mins to reflect the Verified status. Can you check and let us know if you are still facing the issue?

And also, it is recommended to set TTL of SPF/DKIM records as 1hour/3600 seconds.

If the issue still remains, could you please help us with the ACS resource name, custom domain name, Last 4 digits of your subscription id to check and assist you further on this.

Solution : Upon investigating deeper customer found that he made a typo while configuring the DKIM2 records.
