I accidentally changed my Admin role to Hyper V admin and now i cant change it back

Question

I accidentally changed my user account from Administrator to Hyper V. Because of that whenever i try to change it back it tells me to enter admin username and password but it does not give me an option. There is no area or space for me to enter my details. Even when i wait for it to load, nothing comes up and all i can do is either press the X or Press No.

i don't know what my bitlocker recovery key is

without a recovery key a clean install will be necessary.
