I followed a virtual training day, but I'm unable to use my discount

Hi,

I followed the "Microsoft 365 Virtual Training Day" at the end of last year using my Work account. I received an email saying that I can schedule an exam for free.

When I try to schedule an exam certification date for MS-700 using my personal hotmail email and filling : "Enter an email to check for discounts" with my Work email, the system say : "No discounts available for this email address"

What can I do, Who should I contact ?
