Why i am being charged for azure container apps despite being under free tier?

I should not get any bill for using azure container but still i am getting bill for using azure container apps.

    Hi @Rahul Kumar ,

    the best option might be to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification.

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
