How to retrieve my certification diploma from my MS account?

Dear customer care,

On August 16th i passed the certification exam of AZ-900 Azure fundamental and i would like to see the certification on my account.

On the transciption menu i only see the number of modules i prepared but i dont see any "diploma" or any kind of certification badge.

Here are my details:

Site number: 68950

Registration: 454447938

Can you please help me further?
