MS AZ-104 Certificate is not showing in profile

Hi Guys,

I have passed Microsoft Azure Adminstrator AZ-104 course on 28-10-2023. But I received only the Congratulations mail but not received the certificate in pdf format. Can you help me where to get that certificate?

Hi,

Does the certificate show up on your dashboard? You can check using link below:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab

If yes, using Chrome, you can click on view certification details, next click Print, select Save as PDF, under more settings uncheck Headers and footers and check background graphics, click Save, etc.

If your certification doesn't show on your dashboard please ask your question in the Microsoft Certification forum using link below. There are support moderators over there that will respond to your question in 1 business day and can assist with getting your certification to show up:
