How to add laptop into domain by LAPS

Question

Our company use LAPS create a dynamic local administrator password.

The laptop name has been deleted in AD my mistake and need to add it back.

When i try to add it back. system ask me local administrator account and password to login , then i can change the network environment from workgroup to domain. But this laptop use LAPS, we do not have the static password. At the same time for the reason that this device has been deleted from AD. LAPS will not show the dynamic password.

So for this case, how can i add it back. I need local admin password to add it back to domain , but only when this laptop in domain , then i can get the password.
