Availability of GPT4 models in East US

Are GPT4 models available in East US? My subscription previously showed these models in East US, but I can no longer find them. Is it possible that there was an error in their display, causing issues when I attempted to deploy them?

    Thanks for the question, There is known issue in the East US region due to high demand, we would recommend using the other regions as shown below.
