Have passed AZ305 exam but have not received certification & transcript not updated with certification number

I have passed my AZ305 exam on 10/27/2023 and I have not received a email with the certification and my transcript says I have passed but the certification has not been issued. I also have tried to call and have not gotten any support from Microsoft. Could someone from Microsoft support please assist?
