Cannot login to 365

Whenever we try to log in, we get too many wrong password error and are forced to reset the password.

First option we get is to put code from authenticator app, and on the authenticator app there's 2 accounts with same email, and 2 different codes. Both of them don't work.

Second option is I get to choose to receive email in the email account, but i no longer can access it since it's blocked.

The other option is to text, but the phone number saved is no longer in service.

The last option is to use recovery code, which we have not saved either.

Tried filing a form, the email we received back was since it has 2FA enabled, you cannot help us via that.

Tried contacting support and here we are.

    You'll need the account admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.

    If you are the admin then you can reach out to 365 global customer service here.
