What are the restrictions for resources with the same name? AZ-900 Help

I can't find any documentation on this question so I was hoping someone would be able to help me with this one:

  • Can you have the same name for a resource within the same Region?
  • Can you have the same name for a resource within two different Regions?
  • Can you have the same name for a resource in different subscriptions?

Basically, what are the naming restrictions for resources, in terms at what level do they need to be unique or at all?
