Please try to use the eDiscovery tool in the Compliance center, which allows administrators to search for and recover deleted messages. To do this, follow these steps:

Sign in to the Compliance center with an administrator account.

Go to Search and select Content search.

Click New search and enter a name for the search.

Under Locations, select Teams chat and choose the users whose chats you want to search.

Under Conditions, specify the keywords, dates, or other filters for your search.

Click Save and run and wait for the search results to appear.

Click on the search name and select Export results.

Choose the output options and click on Export.

Download the exported file and open it with a compatible application.
