ARM template generated by ADF changes

Hi,
I ve been using the arm template generated by ADF to promote the changes between the environments and ARM template deployment task on Azure DevOps to apply the arm template. It was working perfectly but suddenly started to fail and doing the troubleshooting, I am not sure why the arm template generated is different.
No changes were made in our environment and I am thinking Microsoft pushed a new code that changes how the arm template is generated.
This is URGENT, it is blocking our feature deployment process.

That is the error I am facing after Friday.
As you can see, these were the variables generated by the arm template before Friday (variable in the square).
After friday a new variable called account is generated per linked service, cosmos_db_account and storage_account_metadata_account.
It seems the data factory is not getting the relationship between the storage account and cosmos DB to manage private endpoint.

It seems like the issue is associated with deploying a managed Vnet IR
As a workaround, can you disconnect from the live mode and override git from ADF UI and see if it helps?
