Which options/way to maintain the MS Team window?

At the moment I have a quite big window open to get an overview about my calls/meetings. But there are also a lot of additional informations, which can be hide, because I don't need them.

e.g. "type a name or number"; "speed dial"

I prefer to get only the history and a selection, where I can put in "a name or number" without the additional number block for dialing

Are you trying to simplify the content of the window during a call/meeting? This feature may not be implemented in teams yet that the call/meeting windows is designed by Teams.

But you can customize your meeting view by pinning, spotlighting, or docking video participants and shared content. This can help you focus on the most relevant information and people in your calls or meetings. For more details, you may refer to the article. Otherwise, you can resize or minimize the Microsoft Teams window to adjust its dimensions according to your screen size and layout. This can help you optimize your workspace and multitask with other applications. To do this, click on the corner or edge of the Teams window and drag it to change its size. You can also click on the minimize button on the top right corner of the screen to hide the Teams window in the taskbar.
