Authenticator App not working outside of Soth Africa

Greetings

I have users based in South Africa but often travel outside of the country i.e America, England etc

So now these users are having issues as the authenticator app does not work when they are overseas.

The Default sign method on Azure is the Authenticator App; the alternative method, it's a South African Cellphone Number.

Please check and it seems like you have Auth App included in the Conditional Access Policy so will suggest you to exclude this - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/426933/exclude-microsoft-authenticator-app-in-conditional
