Unable to download my certificate from Microsoft after passing the personvue exam

Hi Team

I have passed the SC-100 exam on 29th of October 2023ita been already 3 days completed but I am unable to see my certificate and unable to download. Did any mistake from my side please let me know what to do from my side and when can I receive my certificate. Appreciate your response
