Registered for AZ-900 but did not get any confirmation , Also cannot find where to find the registrations

I have registered for AZ -900 on 10/27/2023 and was charged for the same , But could not find any details of the exam and also Pearson VUE says that the email id that has been registered has a typo hence I cannot get the information . But I do not see a typo anywhere in my Microsoft account . Can you please help.
