Can't pay the Billing Invoice (Unexpected Azure Billing Spike) - Need Help!

Hi, I recently used Azure to do a data engineering project, and used several services and one of them was User Key Vault where I stored credentials. To my surprise, I've been hit with a $500+ bill for this service. I never thought that this service would cost that much, as it's not VM. Now unfortunately I don't have that amount in my bank account, so I cannot pay the bill. I need some advice on what might have gone wrong. Can you share any insights, tips, or suggestions on how to handle this situation? Thanks in advance!

@Hamza IMO, your best bet would be to contact Azure billing team by raising a support ticket. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

Here is the link - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request to create support case.

FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.

    EDIT:

Can you follow the instructions from this post - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1423494/azure-portal-refund-request-doesnt-work-it-shows-a to file a refund and let us know how it goes.
