I've domain tecfy.co and subdomain emp.tecfy.co
- DNS managed by GoDaddy
- tecfy.co has configured with Azure Exchange for emails. (via MX record on GoDaddy)
- emp.tecfy.co configured to Hostinger email server (via MX record on GoDaddy)
at this point the address on emp.tecfy.co was receiving emails successfully.
after adding emp.tecfy.co to "Microsoft Entra ID -> Custom domain names" the addresses on emp.tecfy.co stop receiving emails from Microsoft emails but it's receiving email successfully from other email provider like Gmail.
the error message is: Your message to reem@emp.tecfy.co couldn't be delivered. reem wasn't found at emp.tecfy.co.
