Owner of the account left the company

Hello,

The owner of MS account left a company and payment for the subscriptions should be moved into a different Credit card.

Who should I contact? Can I have e-mail address or telephone number at MS? I need to speak directly with support.

I am not able to create ticket - website is giving me solution which are not working for me.
